By creating an account, requesting early access, or using Saddle Office, you agree to these Terms.
About Saddle Office
Saddle Office is an agricultural management software platform designed to help farms, ranches, livestock operations, hay producers, and related agricultural businesses organize operational and financial information.
Features may include recordkeeping for cattle, livestock, hay, fields, pastures, equipment, expenses, feed, production, profitability, inventory, and other agricultural activities.
Early-Access Status
Saddle Office is currently in an early-access stage.
Features may be incomplete, modified, added, removed, or changed without notice as the platform is developed.
Early-access users acknowledge that bugs, interruptions, calculation issues, workflow changes, or temporary service outages may occur.
Users are encouraged to report problems and provide feedback.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating or using an account and to notify Saddle Office if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Your Data
You retain ownership of the information you enter into Saddle Office.
By using the service, you grant Saddle Office permission to process, store, display, calculate, and otherwise use that information as necessary to provide the service.

Saddle Office is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, legal, veterinary, agronomic, lending, insurance, or financial advice.
Users are responsible for independently verifying important information before relying on it for tax filings, lending decisions, livestock health decisions, regulatory compliance, contractual obligations, or other significant business decisions.
Calculations and Reports
Saddle Office may calculate costs, profitability, production metrics, equipment costs, livestock performance, inventory values, and other business information based on data entered by users.
The accuracy of these calculations depends on the accuracy and completeness of the underlying information.
Saddle Office does not guarantee that every calculation, report, estimate, or recommendation will be free from error.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Saddle Office to violate any law, attempt unauthorized access to another user’s information, interfere with the operation of the platform, distribute malicious software, intentionally provide false or harmful information, reverse engineer the service where prohibited by law, or use the platform in a manner that could damage Saddle Office or other users.

Your private operation data remains subject to the Privacy Policy and is not considered general product feedback.
Suspension or Termination

Users may stop using Saddle Office at any time.
Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Saddle Office and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.
This includes losses related to business interruption, lost profits, lost agricultural production, lost data, equipment downtime, livestock losses, incorrect records, or decisions made using information generated by Saddle Office.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Saddle Office develops.
Updated Terms will be posted on SaddleOffice.com with a revised effective date.
Continued use of Saddle Office after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
